Yinh Kiefer, LMT
Yinh Kiefer, founder of Ten Wellness, has over a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist, offering an integrative approach to wellness inspired by her ancestral heritage of healing.
Reflecting on her mother’s practices in folk divination, gardening, and Southeast Asian concepts of healing, Yinh recognizes these early influences as part of a generational gift that now shapes her work with clients.
At Ten Wellness, Yinh has created a welcoming space for holistic healing, where clients are invited to engage actively in their wellness journeys. Drawing also from her formal education in psychology, leadership, process excellence, massage therapy, hypnosis, and childbirth support, Yinh provides services that restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.
She has served as a manager at humanitarian and educational organizations, massage therapy educator, massage therapist, musician, and workshop facilitator in addition to being a community group organizer and a patron of the arts.

Laura Sullivan
Via group Reiki Meditation or her private 1:1 sessions, Laura looks forward to being a guide along your path to joyful wellbeing!
With a formal education in Neuroscience, certifications in Health Counseling, Ayurvedic Health Education, and Reiki Master work as a Practitioner and a Teacher, she is very uniquely attuned to her clients’ needs. Laura loves to incorporate old and proven methods of healing with new and innovative ideas. Working with clients who are also interested in connecting to their highest selves and living the lives they dream about brings Laura great joy.
She also loves to help people get out of their heads and into their hearts, especially in showing them ways where wellness journeys can be playful and nourishing, rather than boring or restrictive!

Linda Devincentis
Linda has had the privilege of sharing the many benefits of yoga as a teacher of meditation, movement and wellness for more than a decade. Today, she is more passionate than ever about providing the insights, inspirations, and tools to increase the harmony and well-being in people’s lives that allow them to thrive even in difficult times.
With formal certifications including the 500hr RYT and Reiki Master Teacher. Linda’s intention is to hold a safe space for students to explore and shine a light on their inner wisdom and strength.
From Gentle, Mediation, Nidra, and Reiki to Strength & Power, students are empowered to make choices that are right for them. She encourages gentleness and generosity, leaving space to be curious, smile, and breathe.
Linda particularly enjoys people. She stands in gratitude for the many teachers, family, friends, and students with whom she shares her journey. A desire to live from a place of compassion and courageous love inspires her to step onto her mat time and time again.
