Reiki is a light touch therapy that focuses on strategic energy centers in the body. Our master practitioners will detect imbalances and work with your energy to realign them. Crystal singing bowls invite the mind to become still and observant. As the mind relaxes, so does the body. Each person gets to have their own experience, ranging from noticing their own habits of mind to feeling like they are having an out-of-body experience. Our classroom can comfortably accommodate up to 10 standard size yoga mats and 5 massage tables. If you are an educator/facilitator interested in working with small, focused groups, we are happy to discuss our amenities.
